Bobbi Brown Touch Up Stick

Today I shall be reviewing the Bobbi Brown Face Touch up stick.

I wouldn't normally want to spend this much on a concealer but I was having an “ I hate my face day” and decided I would let myself splurge out to make myself feel better. I chose to go for the

Bobbi Brown face touch up stick as I'd heard lot's about it. The nice lady at the counter matched me with the shade which matches my skin tone perfectly. There is a wide range of colours, I think there's about 20 different shades which is good as some drug store concealers only offer you a choice of 3.

After using the concealer for a few weeks I have found that it doesn't last as long as I would like it to, maybe lasts about 4 -5 hours and then needs touching up again although this may not be such a problem as it's very small and can easily be whipped out from a pocket or bag for a quick touch up.

I use it under my eyes and on blemishes and it gives a good coverage on both these areas, it has yellow undertones so it's good for covering up the redness I to get around my nose making me look like Rudolph. The concealer can be applied with your finger or a concealer brush ( which the lady at the counter recommended) or straight from the stick as it's a dome shape which makes application easy. A big thumbs up on the shape and size!

Usually this costs £19 but I got it when they were doing a 10% off deal but still I was reluctant to spend so much on it when I was happy with my Rimmel wake me up concealer which only cost me £5.49 but hey ho I was having a bad day and thought spending lot's on a concealer would make it all better again.

I'm not sure I will purchase this concealer again, there's nothing wrong with it I would just like to try out others that maybe don't cost so much and last a bit longer throughout the day!
